I have one user who has lost access to his mailbox. He can log onto the domain just fine, but he can't access his mail using OWA or Outlook. OWA keeps prompting for his credentials, and Outlook reports that the store can't be opened. I thought it was a disconnection issue, so I removed the Exchange atrributes in AD, ran Cleanup Wizard and reconnected the mailbox, but that still didn't bring it back? Any ideas? Many thanks, Jeff
Hi, Check the permissions on the mailbox and make sure that either the username or self have full mailbox access permissions. Leif "J.
