I'm thinking it's adding the user you want to give rights to into a "exchange view only" security group, but I'm not sure. I have exchange 2000 server running on a 2003 server. The user I want to have full calendar view rights to everyone is not an exchange administrator. Help PLEASE!!! Thanks.
Hi, Exchange view only administrator permissions have nothing to do with permissions to read calendar information. This permission can't be set from the Exchange system manager. You will either have to ask the users to give this user the desired permissions or download pfdavadmin and assign the permissions yourself.
