dude, so I will tell you how you could make bulk changes without a script.
Look for a tool called ADModify (below is the URL, careful, it may wrap)

Another neat utility is ADMod; see this URL for that tool.

Another alternative includes using LDIFDE (export to an LDF file, modify
that attribute in the LDF file, then reimport).

you are looking for sample scripts that you can take and modify to your use:

In the case of somethink like this, Google is your friend. I'll bet
that somewhere out there is a script that does almost exactly what you need.
