Hello, I currently have a windows 2000 domain with windows 2000 exchange server. I have an email account setup as a general account for a certain department so I then give certain users access to this mailbox. I went into the general account in active directory for the email account and went to exchange advanced and went to mailbox rights. I gave the user full mailbox rights but I am still unable to access the emails with that user. Does anyone have any ideas? Thanks, Ryan
Hi, With full mailbox access the user should be able to add the general mailbox as an additional mailbox. What happens when you try?
