LDAP not functioning
We have recently upgraded from 5.5 SP4 to 2000 SP3 (Native Mode).

Whilst we used to access LDAP on Exchange 5.5 via port 389 with no
authentication with no problems, since we have upgraded to Exchange 2000 we
no cannot!!

I cannot seem to telnet to port 389 on Exchange, yet I can the Actived
Directory server!! Exchange is not running on a DC, but I have tried port
3268 and that doesn't work either!!

Any ideas on what could be wrong?

Re: LDAP not functioning
Hi,

The exchange uses active directory so all LDAP requests must go to a domain
controller.
