Hi, Is it possible to disable a user account but retain his mailbox to be used for sending and recieving emails? Thanks

Thanks, When I open the user's properties window from AD, the user's account name doesn't appear in the Security tab. I see an account called Account Operators. Should I add the person's account and then allow Send/Recieve As?
