Combining Forests?
We have one Exchange Organization with two sites. One in the
US and one in the UK. Both sites are running Exchange
5.5 and our domains separate but joined together by a
Trust. Both domains are Windows 2003 Server. Both
Exchange Sites replicate the Global Address List. Right now under Exchange
5.5 the sites are connected by Site Connector. Both sites are migrating
to Exchange 2003.

By having two forests and two domains, migrating to Exchange 2003 we cannot
share the GAL. Is there a way to combine the forests? Have the UK domain
join the forest that the US domain is in? That way there would be two
domains in one forest and we would be able share the GAL.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,

John
