all of the Objects located under 'Active Directory Users and Computers' -> Microsoft Exchange System Objects were accidentally deleted. We have already re-created the SystemMailboxes for the 2 Exchange Servers and the AD Objects for our mail enabled public folders. But how do we re-create the other AD Objects like - globalevents, internal, free/busy, StoreEvents{GUID}and all other default objects? Thanks for any help Jan Berndt
You really need to do an authoritative restore from a backup to properly fix that. -- Joe Richards Microsoft MVP Windows Server Directory Services www.joeware.net Service & Support wrote: > all of the Objects located under 'Active Directory Users and Computers' -> > Microsoft Exchange System Objects were accidentally deleted. > > We have already re-created the SystemMailboxes for the 2 Exchange Servers > and the AD Objects for our mail enabled public folders. > But how do we re-create the other AD Objects like - globalevents, internal, > free/busy, StoreEvents{GUID}and all other default objects? > > Thanks for any help > > Jan Berndt > > > >

No, because you have system only attributes involved. -- Joe Richards Microsoft MVP Windows Server Directory Services www.joeware.net Service & Support wrote: > is it possible to restore the active directory to a test computer to get the > necessarily information an enter them manually into the productiv system? > > > "Joe Richards [MVP]" schrieb im Newsbeitrag > news:ulveB8B0FHA.612@TK2MSFTNGP10.phx.gbl... > >>You really need to do an authoritative restore from a backup to properly >>fix that. >> >>-- >>Joe Richards Microsoft MVP Windows Server Directory Services >>www.joeware.net >> >> >>Service & Support wrote: >> >>>all of the Objects located under 'Active Directory Users and >>>Computers' -> Microsoft Exchange System Objects were accidentally >>>deleted. >>> >>>We have already re-created the SystemMailboxes for the 2 Exchange Servers >>>and the AD Objects for our mail enabled public folders. >>>But how do we re-create the other AD Objects like - globalevents, >>>internal, free/busy, StoreEvents{GUID}and all other default objects? >>> >>>Thanks for any help >>> >>>Jan Berndt >>> >>> >>> > >
