We had to restore the main Domain Controller in a Windows 2000 environment. The Exchange 2000 server will show you the glocal address through system manager, but the Global Address List appears blank to all Outlook Clients. Any help would be appreciated.

Yes the DC was a Global Catalog. I seem to have narrowed the problem down to the DC that was restored. It looks like the problem is Active Directory related.
