migration tools   
Hello,

i have exchange 2000, and we want to create a new domain name, and install
exchange 2003, so how i can take all my users accounts and with there mail
boxes to the new exchange 2003 server and the DC

Re: migration tools   
A new AD Domain?  If yes, then you will need to use Exmerge.exe to export 
your user mailboxes.  For user Accounts, depending on how many, ADMT would 
be your tool of choice.  I personally would just recreate them manually or 
by Bulk import/export tool if you are talking less than 100.

And don't miss the Exchange Migration Wizard
It can also export Exchange Content AND Directory Information from an Source 
Exchzangae 2003 Server
ItÄs always the better choice for a "Crossorg" Migration than exmerge
