Exchange Explorer on 2007
Hi,

Is it possible to use Exchange Explorer which came with the Exch 2000/2003
SDK to access the Exch 2007 store?
Trying to use http://ExchServer/public, or https://ExchServer/public give me
an error: "Server is not available or a unrecoverable error occured."

Is there a new folder structure that needs to be used or a new version of
the Exch Explorer tool?

I need it to register my COM+ even on a public folder. This worked great for
Exch 2003.

TIA

Alex

Re: Exchange Explorer on 2007
Hi Alex,

There is no 2007 version for Exchange Explorer. I haven't tested the 2003
version on 2007, but from your description it sounds like it doesn't work.

http://forums.microsoft.com/TechNet/ShowPost.aspx?PostID=2646179&SiteID=17
has a few more suggestions you might want to try.

Terence

Re: Exchange Explorer on 2007
Terence,
I found that Exchange Explorer does work, but not with SSL. So in order to
use it, you need to disable SSL for the store you need to browse
Also, my problem turned out to be the COM+ component compiled under .NET 1.1
and registered with .NET 2.0 64bit. It registered ok, but could not be added
to a folder.
