I have an Exchange 2003 SP2 2 node cluster. The active node blue screened this afternoon. The cluster failed over to the passive node OK but none of the storage groups will mount. I receive error "An internal processing error has....ID no: c1041724" when i try and mount any store in any of the 4 storage groups. I have tried to perform a soft recovery using: ESEUTIL /R E## /I but get the following error: "Operation terminated with error -551 (JET_errConsistentTimeMismatch, Database last consistent time unmatched) after 1.15 seconds" Am I going about the recovery the correct way? -551 could be consistent with your fairure scenario. At least one of the stores in the storage group is in an oinconsistent state; makes sense if you bluescreened.
