Hi Exchange 2003 had the feature mailbox manager which would look through all the mailboxes based on age/size...etc. You could have it in report only mode. I'm seeing this feature isn't on exchange 2007, looks to be replaced by the Messaging Records Management feature, this is somewhat similar to mailbox manager. Looks like it can't be run in report only mode. How can I accomplish this functionality in Exchange 2007? Thanks, Mike Bonvie
