The Offline GAL will not update. I think I need to run ESEUTIL and ISINTEG. What are the correct options for both commands.

There are many parameters depending on what you need, but I'm not sure they're what you need at all. It would be helpful if you provided a lot more detail, such as: *your versions & SP levels of everything *the exact symptoms/error messages you are getting * the event log errors you see (try cranking up MSExchangeAL logging a bit higher for a little while) * the reasons you think you need to run eseutil and isinteg Those tools are not meant to be used for regular admin purposes and can do a lot of damage if you aren't careful, so be sure you actually need them before trying anything (and then exercise great caution when using them).
I think you need to start here: http://blogs.msdn.com/dgoldman/archive/2005/07/16/How-to-troubleshoot-the-OAB-Generation-process.aspx -- This posting is provided "AS IS" with no warranties, and confers no rights.
