We have enabled message tracking on Exchange Server 2003 SP2. We want to search based on subject from the tracking log. The problem is that not all subjects are readable due to different character code pages (see examples below). What is the best way to convert/read this text? In reagional settings, add the files to support east asian languages. It's ISO 2022-jp (Japanese). Once you do this any program on the system that supports UTF8 (this includes notepad) should be able to display the characters properly.
