Hi all, We are an project work engineering firm. We have a shared server drive to store all project related files. Each project has its own sub-folder to keep files for that project. We mirrored the project folder structure in Public Folders to keep all project emails. As we get more people and projects, our IS is getting to the 16GB limit of Exchange 2000. I needed to manually created PST files for each project (oh god, it's 100), and moved old project emails to them. I just wonder are there any utility help me to do that job? Any suggestions are welcome. TIA, el
