ADconnector tools   
What happens to mailboxes, that do not have an account assighned to them, 
when the ADC is created during Migation from 5.5 to 2003?

Disabled user objects which are mailbox enabled are created for them.

Each mailbox gets it's own mailbox enabled disabled user object, so
unless you're going to exceed the total number of objects AD can
support I don't think so.
