Exchange Database problem   

The problem is mails are listed in OWA/Outlook but when a user tries to open 
the mail nothing comes up. All users in the mailbox store cannot 
send/receive mails too. they also cannot delete anymail. I have exchange 
2003 with SP2 running on windows 2003. Kindly help.
