Hi all, We need to reduce the size of our Exchange Server (part of SBS 2000 Server). We create a sub-folder under Public Folders for each projects we have. There are about 100 of them. All we want to get is to have one PST for each project to store emails which are older than a month. Any utility or program do that? We need an automatic way which meant automatic move old emails to PST files and do it regularly. TIA, el
