Large Mailbox Server generates 9582's VM issue   
Exchange 2003 SP2 dedicated mailbox server.
BPA 2.6.7812.3  2.11.5.0

After working with Premier and setting the msExchangeParamCacheSize to 
229376 . The BPA now warns that Maximum ESE cache sized increased. The Max 
ESE cache on server xxxxxxxhas been increased and may cause low vm 
conditions.

per this BPA linked article, Should we reset msExchangeParamCacheSize to 
196608?

You only need to reduce it if the ExBPA warning turns into an error.
