just downloaded the performance troubleshooting tool, only "start analysis" link off the start page does not do anything. I am logged on as an admin what do I need to do?
Hmm, it doesn't do anything at all? Can you describe the exact behavior? the link "start analysis" does not respond at all. you click on the link as many times as you want, but it is as if you had not clicked on it. no errors are reported. I noticed on the navigation links on the left, the start analysis link appears to be a lighter shade than "start page" and "open file" I am running this from windows 2003 server, and not XP, if that makes a difference.
