OK I am running the wizard and on a Virtual Environment, I am able to migrate a 500mb mailbox in about 15 mins or so. On the Production environment I am migrating a 500mb mailbox and so far it has only migrated about 50 mb in 45 mins. It is extreamly slow! Any ideas?

Here is what I see. No Performance degrade on the servers in anyway, But it speeds up if I change the format of the migration from RTF to OLE. I just can't see why it would take such a hit.
