Re: Number of items in Inbox
For the report, you can use the Export List feature from the context menu
(right click) in ESM. Drill down to the Mailbox Store > Mailboxes level.
You may want to change which columns are shown as well - use the MMC toolbar
menu View > Add/Remove Columns. Export then import into something like
Excel.
As to automating the move of mailboxes based on criteria such as mailbox
size, there are third party software tools that do that sort of thing. If
there is a Microsoft tool to do it, I am unaware of it.
As to Rules, he may be referrfing to those that are setup in Outlook.
However, this will not likely work for you as it is impractical to do this
for more than a handful of mailboxes.

Re: Number of items in Inbox
Hi Don,
In ESM there is no column to add for the number of items in the Inbox (I
only want the Inbox and not all folders), so this is no option.
Rules are defenitely no option here. Do you know which 3rd party tool is
able to do the move?
Thanks,
Chiel.
