Event ID 2107
Exchange server 2k3 sp2, Symantec Mail sercurity 4.5. SMTP queues
eventually stop responding, and event ID 2107 is logged first, then along
with ID 2114, process INETINFO.EXE. One server (SBS 2k3) in organization.
This error seems to just have started recently, and no config changes have
been made other than upgrading to Exchange 2k3 Sp2 so that IMF and Sender ID
could be used. Previously Exchange 2k3 SP1.

Process INETINFO.EXE (PID=7376). DSAccess failed to obtain an IP address for
DS server JFMSVR1.JFMCPA.local, error 11001. This host will not be used as a
DS server by DSAccess.

After restarting the inetinfo process (i.e. kill it), then everything will
work fine for a random amount of time (12 hours to about a week), then the
inetinfo process has to be killed/restarted again for the queues to begin
working, and a flood comes in/out. I have seen that other users using GFI
mail security is experiencing the same issues. Anyone else experiencing
this issue?

Thanks,
Robin.
