Re: AdminMobile Web Tool (Wipe)
Hummm, I'm kinda tapped out on ideas, then. Do you have more than one
domain in your AD forest? And if so, are the users you can't list in
another domain from the one you are authenticated in to? I'm wondering if
it my be an issue of not querying a DC. I just checked both servers on
which I have this tool installed and it works whether I search via the
mailbox alias or the SMTP address (though, I notice that I do have to use
the "reply to" SMTP address. Is the user's Exchange alias different than
their login name?
When you search, does it say "Could not locate the specified mailbox,
verify....." or does it say "No devices were found for this mailbox."

Re: AdminMobile Web Tool (Wipe)
Its a single forest single domain 2003 functional level. I've tried alias,
UPN, implicit, explicit... here's the exact error message: SBS2003 Premium
SP1 with Exchange SP2
Could not locate the specified mailbox, verify that you entered the correct
mailbox name.
Nothing in the event viewer.

Re: AdminMobile Web Tool (Wipe)
I'm going to do some further checking and see if the tool will work with
SBS. I'm using regular Exchange. Hope to get you an answer in the next 24
hours.

Re: AdminMobile Web Tool (Wipe)
Jim - thanks for your efforst. I had tried that already. However the article
got me thinking. How do I set up a "partnership"? I set up my device by
simply adding my own cert (mem card) and then adding my account info, not by
the cradle. I did it all wirelessly. Did I miss something? Or maybe I should
take the account out and re-establish it??
