Is it possible to set up signatures for OUTLOOK on Exchange? This would eliminate the need to alter individual client signatures (as it's stored in the local setting folder) - for changes that are required globally. Or is it only possible to use signatures from within Outlook itself? Any help would be much appreciated!

the following article shows how you can add a sicalimer using an event sink: http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=317680 You could probably change this a little to suit your needs.
