Deploying signatures from Exchange Server rather than Outlook
Is it possible to set up signatures for OUTLOOK on Exchange?

This would eliminate the need to alter individual client signatures (as it's
stored in the local setting folder) - for changes that are required globally.

Or is it only possible to use signatures from within Outlook itself?

Any help would be much appreciated!

You're looking at a 3rd party tool for this.
I've heard good things about this:

Re: Deploying signatures from Exchange Server rather than Outlook
the following article shows how you can add a sicalimer using an event sink:

You could probably change this a little to suit your needs. Otherwise you
are looking at 3rd party SW.
