I was curious about the changes with Exchange 12 in regards to the way it handles it's information store. We are currently exploring 3rd party software products (such as EMC's EmailExtender) to archive email off our exchange server. This archiving process is seamless to the end-user. When the email is archived it leaves a shortcut message in the users mailbox so when the user opens the message it is retrieved out of the archive. Please let me know if you have any info about Exchange 12's information store that might help me decide if we should wait on this purchase.
Contact EMC to find out how and when they'll support E12. -- Bharat Suneja MCSE, MCT www.zenprise.com blog: www.suneja.com/blog ----------------------------------------- "Robin" wrote in message news:E89F8F4B-77B8-4DBE-9BF0-3DFD666B8515@microsoft.com... >I was curious about the changes with Exchange 12 in regards to the way it > handles it's information store.
