<!DOCTYPE html PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD HTML 4.01 Transitional//EN"> Anyone can help with this? TIA. REQ: I am looking for a script / vb script / batch file that would allow me to execute a series of anywhere from 100-1000 different mailbox logons and sent-mail across my domain. I would like to be able to run it on a machine and simulate the logons to get data in the SECURITY event log / exchange tracking log. Ideally, the logon utility would occasionally make "mistakes" and generate a audit-failures (as in bad logons or failed privileged use. Does anyone know if any utility like this or can help? Maybe Microsoft LoadSim can help you achieve this. http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyId=92EB2EDC-3433-47CA-A5F8-0483C7DDEA85&displaylang=en I don't think Loadsim can simulate bad logons etc, but that can be done by changing the password for the accounts created by LoadSim. Have you looked at the Load Simulator 2003? http://www.microsoft.com/technet/prodtechnol/exchange/downloads/2003/tools.mspx It will generate activity for you. I don't think you can configure it to make "mistakes" though. Note that mailbox acces is not logged to Security logs, it is logged to Application logs. -- Jim McBee Blog: http://mostlyexchange.blogspot.com Web: http://www.somorita.com "JackX" <jacklesley@nospamforme.gmail.com.spamsucks> wrote in message news:zWFNf.65166$7y1.58491@tornado.texas.rr.com...
