ExBPA Mailbox store sizes
I’m successfully running ExBPA against an Exchange Org with multiple admin
groups. Drilling down in the summary report I can see the mailbox store size
for the servers in some Admin Groups but not all. In the ones that don’t
show the mailbox store size, it still displays the storage limits and the
primary database file location. No errors are generated in the event logs
when I run the tool. Any ideas on why the tool would report the mailbox
store size for some Admin Groups but not all?

Re: ExBPA Mailbox store sizes
ExBPA gets the storage limits and other data you are seeing from the AD,
and it gets the mailbox size from the server itself. This likely means it
is having trouble accessing that server, which could be due to a number of
reasons. ExBPA does not put its errors into the Windows event log, but if
you select the Run Time Log on the report screen, you should see some more
details around the errors it is encountering.

Re: ExBPA Mailbox store sizes
For the servers where ExBPA is having problems collecting the store size,
are they running Windows 2000 or 2003? There's a bug in WMI on Windows 2000
that prevents us from collecting file sizes greater than 2GB. If this is the
problem, then you can download a fix from
