SLA ScoreCard for Exchange
Hello,

We currently have a MOM 2005 infrastruture. We are planning to test the
SLA ScoreCard for Exchange.

After reviewing the documentation, it states that there is an "Outage
Maintenance"
screen that the IT and Service Manager must fill out if there are "Planned
Outages."

Can this be obtained by putting the server into maintenance mode in MOM 2005?

Or do we really have to enter the data 3 times: once in change control, MOM
2005, SLA ScoreCard for Exchange Outage Maintenance Screen?

Thank you,
Exchange2003
