I am facing problem in OWA, exchange server is working fine mails are receiving and sending by users(through Microsoft Outlook). Now there are some symptoms : 1-When exchange server is restarted some time explorere opens OWA, but mostly explorer is in loading state and finally after some time can not find page appers. 2-When i want ot view IIS localhost page "HTTP-500 Internal server error" displayed. Now there are some error events : 1-Event ID-36871 "A fatal error occurred while creating an SSL server credential. " 2-Event ID-7031 "The IIS Admin Service service terminated unexpectedly. It has done this 7 time(s). The following corrective action will be taken in 1 milliseconds: Run the configured recovery program. " Both these events raises periodically. Event 7031 raises for IIS Admin, Microsoft Exchange IMAP4, Network News Transport Protocol (NNTP), Microsoft Exchange POP3, Microsoft Exchange Routing Engine, The Simple Mail Transport Protocol (SMTP) and World Wide Web Publishing Services.
