Hi, We run Exchange Server 2003 with Outlook 2003 as the client. We set up a public calendar folder to track the quotes we have to submit to clients in the future. Each time we receive a RFQ from a client, the manager of the estimation department creates an appointment to make sure that we do not forget to submit the quote. First problem, we can't have reminders for this calendar. Is it possible with an add-on or something ? If not, is it possible to have the public folder to send a e-mail to the manager with the appointments for the current day ? Basically, is there way to make sure that we won't forget a quote we have to do, from inside Exchange or with an add-on ? Thanks. Pierrot
First thought would be public2private sync add on from slipstick. That would sync appointments from the public folder to someone's mailbox and then you'd have the control you need.
