Server Maint.   
Is there a way that I can browse through all messages on the server, however 
I want to be able to be able to do a search of messages that contain a 
certain subject.

You can use Exmerge to dump all the messages with a certain subject out to a 
pst file and then you can open the pst file in Outlook to read the messages.
