after mailbox move
Hi
is there a way to make my outlook auto refresh the "exchange server" field
so he will find the new location of a mailbox after it has been moved from
one server to another?

Thanks

Re: after mailbox move
Yes, it should be done automatically, as long as the original server is up
and running Outlook will automatically reconfigure the users profile.

Re: after mailbox move
The functionaly you are talking about is also referred to as the MAPI Folder
Redirect. It can take anywhere from a few minutes to a few hours for the
information to replicate across AD. Once that happens, when Outlook is
opened, the MAPI Folder Redirect will happen and "viola", the change will be
made.
