RE: Error when trying to uninstall Exchange System Management Tool
Well, I actually want to uninstall the whole thing from the XP machine. We're
not using Exchange 2003 anymore here.
But anyhow, when I only select the ESM tool to uninstall, I get a dialog
that says:
"Before this component can be modified, all parent components must have an
action selected."
The only parent component is "Microsoft Exchange", and the action I selected
was "None."
Ack... While typing this, I tried selecting "Change" for the action for
"Microsoft Exchange." That seemed to do the trick.
Weird.

RE: Error when trying to uninstall Exchange System Management Tool
I knew it had something to do with what I was selecting, just didn't remember
what it was called. Weird, yes, but glad you got it to work.
