Sounds like you unchecked IPv6 which typically causes the HUB role to 
fail to install and if you do this after it's installed, I causes the 
service to fail.  You need to either re-enable IPv6 or completely 
disable IPv6 from the registry or do some work in the hosts file 
depending on which services are installed.  If I am correct about IPv6 
being the culprit, I'd have a look at the following document so you can 
correctly determine whether you should use the registry or loopback 
method if you indeed want to continue with IPv6 disabled.
