Now I have been running exchange 2003 for a number of years now and the company decided to go to exchange 2007. It was a clean install. Now I cannot seem to be able to configure my connectors. my exchange server IP is 10.240.116.1 In 2003 I configured my default smtp connector to relay through smart host [142.46.226.22] using TLS I then entered my username and password. Our MX record is pointing to a partners mail server. All external mail is then relayed to us as well as their internal mail. We intern relay our mail out their smtp server. The company also had us install a ssl cert through mmc certificates. I just can't figure out how to configure this same thing in 2007. Any help would be much appreciated. 2007 requires way more info then 2003 Peter Labelle
I think you're looking at running the New-SendConnector with the appropriate parameters set the way you need them. http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/aa998936(EXCHG.80).aspx -- Ed Crowley MVP - Exchange "Protecting the world from PSTs and brick backups!"
