the user, only one, cannot use OWA after choosing language (first setup page) other users use same computer without any problem. all users use the same settings. i think his setting in exchange 2007 is corrupted. can i reset his account in exchange 2007? thanks. tony
Hi, What happens for this user? If he gets an OWA error message he should be able to get a detailed error message - that might help: You can export the mailbox, delete and recreate the mailbox, but you might get the corruption with you and therefore keep the error.
