User password not accepted in Outlook
Hi I have a user I setup in the office using with Outlook 2003 SP3 when at
home and prompted for a password it is rejected yet it works for OWA fine.
I tried resetting it no luck and verified the exchange proxy
settings...other users are fine.
Thanks
JR

Re: User password not accepted in Outlook
Are they using any sort of firewall that may be blocking
outlook ?

Re: User password not accepted in Outlook
I will double check on that but I am pretty sure they are not as I was able
to get it connected in the office without disabling any sort of firewall.
Also they do get prompted for the login with the correct username but when
password is entered is just keeps popping up.
