I have setup my exchange server pointed the MX records to my Static IP and opened port 25 on the router, The Exchange mailbox status says mail has been recieved but its not appearing in the users inbox on OWA. This is an SBS server with exchange setup and ideas why their mail isnt pulling through? Thanks

Thanks for the reply. I have no AV only Windows Firewall as its SBS SP1 R2 I can send emails externally but not to hotmail domains, and internal emails wont pick up either even though they will go to the mailbox. Basically in owa and exchange the emails are getting to the mailbox as seen on exchange manager but not the actual users account. Is there anyway i can upload screen shots to show you? Thanks "Tushar Shah" wrote: > On Jun 25, 2:56 am, "Matt" wrote: > > I have setup my exchange server pointed the MX records to my Static IP and > > opened port 25 on the router, The Exchange mailbox status says mail has > > been recieved but its not appearing in the users inbox on OWA. > > > > This is an SBS server with exchange setup and ideas why their mail isnt > > pulling through? > > > > Thanks > > Please check if self test emails work properly - also please inform us > the list of Non-Microsoft products installed on the box. > > For testing purpose please stop AV service and check >

Hi, If mails are getting to the inbox of the users you need to check the Outlook setup.
