Mail FLow on Internet   
All,

I would like to know how mail flow on internet?

Example: If i am sending a mail from my organistaion to Hotmail
account. How would mail flow.

Asssuming that both are using exchange servers

It would go from the SMTP server in your office (The Exchange server)
to the Hotmail servers directly. If you use the smarthost at the ISP
then it will go through that.

I find it difficult to believe that you're asking this question on
it's own. Are you suffering some problem or other?
