Unable to remove an old administrative group in Exchange System Ma
I'm currently working on a project of moving an organization from
Windows/Exchange 2000 to 2003.

I need to clean up some 'junk' first. In Exchange system manager, I see two
objects that I cannot delete.

One is a server under an administrative group that still contains a good
server.

The second thing is an entire administrative group. There are no objects
under it. It is empty, but cannot be removed.

In both cases, the objects are visible, but are WHITE. I'm assuming that
this indicates that they are defunct in some way.

How can I remove these? Is using ADSIEDIT the only option? If so, can
someone tell me exactly where to go to delete them? Will this cause any
problems on our network?

Thanks
