Exchange ActiveSync configuration
Hello,
I am having difficulties connecting my new Windows Mobile (v6) device to our
Exchange 2003 SP2 server installed on Windows 2003 SP1. The Exchange server
was setup before I got there. We have Outlook Web Acces, which works just
fine with a SSL certificate from VeriSign. My account in AD is set for
Mobile access and same for the Exchange server. The OWA server is seperate
from the mail server.

Can someone help me or point me in the right direction on where to start
looking? Our OWA has a /exchange at the end, but my mobile device doesn't
keep that when I enter it in.

Thanks!

Re: Exchange ActiveSync configuration
Hi,

You should be able to use the same url as for OWA.

What error message do you receive on the mobile device?
Is there an ISA server between the internet and the front-end server?
Is active-sync published?
Check the IIS log on the front-end server - any indication of connection
attemts from the device?

Re: Exchange ActiveSync configuration
Leif,

I was finally able to get it to work. I followed the steps here
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/817379

and that resolved my issue. Thanks for your response, I appreciate it!
