Multiple Email Accounts in one outlook profile
hello,

I have users who have more than 1 mailbox in Exchange 2007. How can I
configure Outlook 2007 to connect to all mailboxes?

thankyou Sarah.

Hi, Sarah - this isn't an Exchange server issue; in the future try posting
questions like this in microsoft.public.exchange.clients and/or
microsoft.public.outlook

That said - go to Tools | account settings | and double-click on Exchange.
Then More Settings, Advanced. Add the additional mailboxes (mailboxes to
which this user has full access granted) in there. Finish/next/close/OK or
whatever you need to do to get back to the main Outlook window. The
additional mailboxes should show up in the folder list.
