Hello? Is there a IPHONE compatible version of Mobile Outlook? Or, is there an email client for IPHONE that can connect to Exchange 2000?

Next you need to configure IMAP on Exchange and open up the ports in Exchange. I would suggest IMAP over SSL for security. Version 2 of the iPhone OS includes ActiveSync from Microsoft.
