Unfortunately I don't remember the model of the Windows Mobile device in question, but we're finding that it stops synchronising its calendar to the Exchange server (SBS 2003 if it's relevant). It's not a general synchronisation issue because the Inbox is unaffected. Deselecting and reselecting Calendar in the Exchange server synchronisation options refreshes the data, but after a while it stops synchronising again. Has anyone else seen anything like this?
Any errors? Check the event log on the SBS Server. Is this happening to other WM5 devices as well? -- John Oliver, Jr MCSE, MCT, CCNA Exchange MVP 2008 Microsoft Certified Partner "Neil Rashbrook" wrote in message news:eQC9yDKEIHA.3884@TK2MSFTNGP05.phx.gbl... > Unfortunately I don't remember the model of the Windows Mobile device in > question, but we're finding that it stops synchronising its calendar to > the Exchange server (SBS 2003 if it's relevant). The server is behind a D-Link router and I don't think its timeouts can be configured. > Is this happening to other WM5 devices as well? No other WM5 devices to compare with, sorry.

Try a Hard reset on the device. I have seen this issue before and a good hard reset fixed it. -- John Oliver, Jr MCSE, MCT, CCNA Exchange MVP 2008 Microsoft Certified Partner "Neil Rashbrook" wrote in message news:eHhMm%23IFIHA.3548@TK2MSFTNGP06.phx.gbl... > John Oliver, Jr. [MVP] wrote: > >> Any errors? > > There's no error code, but I was able to get hold of the device last week, > and I tried deselecting and reselecting the calendar, but when I tried to > synchronise it got about halfway through the calendar and then it just > seemed to ignore the rest.
