Hello, I am trying to get Direct Push setup for testing. I have an iPAQ Voice Messenger and Exchange 2003 SP2 (with Direct Push configured). 1) What ports do I need to open on the firewall? 2) When I go to Start>settings>messaging>new email account it give me the option (after wading through a few painful pages with this horrible keypad) of either POP or IMAP... How do I tell the device how to connect to the exchange server? Anything else I need to do? Oh, the device is sync'ing via Activesync with the desktop rather than directly to the exchange server if that makes any difference...

Port 443 SSL or 80 which I would not recommend other than for testing. > > 2) When I go to Start>settings>messaging>new email account it give me > the option (after wading through a few painful pages with this > horrible keypad) of either POP or IMAP... You will sync over the air or with the Server so Desktop cannot be selected. You need to insure your iPaq supports Direct Push.
