Exchange Activesync Problem
Hello,

I'm testing out a Windows PPC phone and I have got active sync to work
correctly on Exchange 2003, everything appears on the phone, and is in sync.
I can send emails to internal users on my exchange server with no problems.

My problem is when I try to send an email from the phone to an address
outside my domain nothing at all happens. I have 3 personal email accounts at
yahoo, msn, and gmail, i've attempted to send a message to all these accounts
and they never arrive.

To test things out i've sent the exact same message to all three of these
accounts from Outlook, Outlook web, and i've loged on to oma and manually
sent a message. All of these message instantly appear on these account, but
when sent from the phone nothing happens, no errors are reported, nothing
comes back and nothing arrives at the destination. The messages that do not
appear do show up in the sent items folder.

It is like it is putting the message in the sent items folder, syncing it but
never trying to send it. I've checked the queues and nothing is stuck. Does
anyone have any idea what is going on here and maybe hot to correct the
problem??

Thanks in advance.
