I'm having an issues with a mailbox on the Remote Device Wipe page. When I put the users mailbox name in I get an error that says Could not locate the specified mailbox, verify that you entered the correct mailbox name. However, if I use the default SMTP address the account is located. I've tried moving the mailbox. We've deleted the device and ran a master reset on the phone. Every other account can be located using the mailbox name. Is there something I'm missing? VinceV
