Motorola Q
Has anyone here got the Motorola Q for their
mobile user(s)?

I am anxiously waiting for ours to arrive. The
Vice President of our company has ordered
one for me to try on for beta testing here for
wireless email sync with our Exchange 2003
lSP2.

Re: Motorola Q
Got mine this morning.

No MSFP/AKU 2.0 yet.
Very Blackberry-ish in terms of form-factor, the good part is unlike many
other smartphones you can actually type an email on this thing.

Re: Motorola Q
Do you Activesync with Ex2k3? With SSL?

Does Windows Mobile 5.0 devices have vpn capabilities?
I have always been a Palm OS user. I use Mergic VPN
to connect to our Corporate LAN, then I use VNC to
remote control servers and desktops.

Yes WM5 devices can do PPTP and L2TP vpn. If you require IPSec you will
need to use a third party client like bluefire. Also WM5/WM2003 also have
remote desktop clients built in so if you are conencting to XP pro or
windows servers then you won't need vnc.
